As enterprise application continue to evolve with new releases containing functional and technical enhancements, it is becoming more apparent that organizations can no longer view their enterprise application initiatives as finite projects with a start and finish, but rather should view their applications as having a continuous lifecycle. To address this paradigm change, organizations need a comprehensive, methodical plan that outlines a strategy and execution plan for all phases of the enterprise application lifecycle.
